Today was a special day! Patrick turned 1 year older and we got to celebrate as a family on our "mountain" (property). One of our favorite things to do together.
On the menu:
Chicken and rice cooked to perfection in our dutch oven
Blackberry cobbler, also cooked in the dutch oven
We had a nice fire to warm ourselves by and just enjoyed hanging out together.
